E1 PCM30
E1 is the 2.048 Mbit/s European primary rate: 32 timeslots of 64 kbit/s. PCM30 uses 30 of them for voice. TS0 is framing and TS16 is channel-associated signalling. PCM31 can free TS16 for data. MuxRates counts the 30 voice channels.
